You may sometimes need to temporarily disable Startup applications during the boot time in order to troubleshoot issues or keep your memory safe from malware (it might be a strange program which configured itself to as a startup application). There is actually no utility to do this now, you can only disable then enable this aspect manually while we are needing a temporary solution.
