Fix Common Errors On Windows XP And Windows Vista Using Microsoft ATS

Windows 7 users can scan and fix errors appearing on their systems using the utilities right from Microsoft while users of previous Windows must use third party applications to do this.

Good news to the rest of us, Microsoft has launched Microsoft ATS recently which promises to scan and fix errors on Windows XP and Vista for free. Common errors such broken shortcuts, broken icons, disk errors, update errors... will be fixed automatically by the application. Other errors are also detected, but it only offers additional resources to resolve them.
