How To Choose The Preferred Browser To Open A Link

Browser Chooser Icon There are many browsers on the market these days and each has its own strength. For me, I prefer Google Chrome since it’s neat and fast while I use Opera whenever my Internet connection ‘sucks again’ and I love Firefox due to its flexible ability easily extended by using addons. An inconvenience usually appears on the computer that installed multiple browsers is you can’t manage which browser you prefer to open a file or launch a link. To solve this, you may love Browser Chooser.

Browser Chooser is a small utility that will scan for installed browser on your computer, and list them out whenever you open a link. Then, you simply click the preferred to browse that link.

Frankly, it may be a mess if you don’t have multiple browsers or don’t want to switch between them. Otherwise, it’s a great utility especially for web developers or designers who want to test their sites on various browsers.
