This task is really simple and fast, but move all files to associated folders manually is not a smart idea. It’s the time DropIt show you its benefit.

Once installed, it shows a little box on your desktop. To move a file to an associated folder, you simply drag and drop that file onto the box. The file will then be checked and move to the appropriate folder by using predefined pattern.

To define your own pattern, right click on the box and click Manage in the context menu. Here you can add a associated folder as well as assign new patterns (file extensions) for it.
