Expecting a hot news that appears only on a site, so you click the button Refresh in the browser always or use another geeky way, I mean pressing F5 here since not many users know this magic key I think, in order to see. It might be the board currency rates, the stock market board etc.

Once installed, ReloadEvery will reload the webpage automatically at a specific period you set before. You can access the dialog to specify the reload time by right click and choose Custom. There are also preset reload times you can quickly choose.
