Most of my posts here are about screenshots of applications and I have to do many photos manipulations. The thing I do most is to resize bunch of photos. I find XnView and Windows Live Writer have essential and effective features to do this, but all of them are not as easy as Resize My Photos. It was exclusively designed to resize multiple photos at once. I really like the ability to resize photos by limiting the longest edge to fit to a box (really like WLW does). You can also add prefix or suffix to the output photos and it can help you organize photos smarter. Besides, you can set the quality of output photos and resize photos by clicking a command on context menu in Windows Explorer.
