Time Break: A Smart Tool To Force You Take A Break

By taking right breaks, it can rejuvenate you and recover your ability to focus as well as keep you healthy. I’ve tried those tips and have been getting many things done. Unfortunately, I usually forget to take a break while being attracted to my job so that a tool to remind me is definitely essential to follow this tactic.

Not same as other tools which are easily to cheat and back to work, Time Break is a ‘damn’ strict utility to force you to take a break. There are two ways to take a break: short break (25 seconds every 15 minutes) to refocus your eyes and help concentrate, long break to get up and walk around, grab some water or do some simple stretches…
